What if I don't like the sleeve when it arrives?
Our sleeves are fully guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or have any problem with your purchase, shoot us an email and we promise to take care of it promptly. We will offer a replacement or a refund if necessary.
What material are the sleeves made of?
Recycled advertising banners made out of PVC plastic. The artwork on the plastic is the original graphic that was used on the banner. This material is light-weight, waterproof, flexible and highly durable. The interior is covered with a soft black lining. The closure for the iPad sleeves is a velcro strip.
Where do these banners come from?
They are recycled advertising banners that hang from the lamp posts of Barcelona, Spain for about a month. They then get taken down, cleaned and treated in order to be used for the sleeve production. The artwork on the material is the original graphic that was used on the banner. We pick the best ones for the Poolga sleeves. You can see most of the banner designs here.

What shipping method do you use?
For iPad and iPhone sleeves we use standard mail because they are light and flat. This gives us the lowest rates and are delivered relatively quickly. If you would like us to ship your purchase in any other way, please contact us at [email protected].

How long does my purchase take to arrive?
Spain: up to 7 days
Europe: up to 15 days
